Produced from hand-harvested grapes and a noticeable coastal influence. Aged in French oak barrels and battonage, A mature chardonnay is presented, with fruity notes such as ripe pineapple and grapefruit. Hints of hazelnut and honey present. In the mouth it is perceived as creamy and round. A unique white wine. Good accompaniment to fish, pasta, or aperitif III.
